I strategically facilitate the people-side of organizational change; the sometimes-messier stuff. I also help people find common ground and help organizations more closely align their stated values with day-to-day practices and actions. I am committed to cultivating relationships and systems that are anchored in fairness and justice with attention and great care given to those who may be furthest from equity and access.

Through assessments, facilitation, and trainings I am passionate about helping organizations align their patterns and practices more closely to their mission and core values.
